This appears to be an inefficiently run operation. People waiting in the office for long periods of time, and I’m here solely to drop off my mom’s samples, and yet had to sign in and wait. So far, I’ve been waiting 20 mins. It seems that if it was run well, I’d not have to wait to hand them samples. Not impressed.
