When people go out for dinner they are hungry and most, including myself, expect excellent food and service. Not having many choices nearby when it comes to good Mexican food we narrow down our choices. The food is excellent, too much veggies, not enough meat. The service in the other hand is very, very slow. When asked why it takes so long for the food, we were told that the kitchen was small. If the dining area was designed for 100 people, the kitchen shall had been design to cook for 125 people. I don't blame the staff, the burden is on the owner and management. One thing I learned in business is that " supply must meet demand".
