horrible customer service skills, the lady in the office is very rude and doesn't care about the customer all she cares about is making money. I went in for an oil change and they tried to tell me i needed an alignment and 2 tires because my tires were "bald on the inside" Which seemed kind of strange considering i just had one done a week ago when i had 4 new tires put on at fire stone so i was taken out into the shop and no where on my truck did i see any bald spots anywhere on the tires so they tried to scam me on tires and an alignment i did not need. The shop is very disorganized no communication between the lady in the front and the mechanics in the back. The parking here is a joke as well. They have one mechanic who drives a grey pick up truck who thinks that the parking lot is a drag strip im surprised he hasn't hit someone yet. all in all i would not recommend this place to anyone.
