I'm so disappointed in them. I went in to get a manicure and they asked me to try the new gel system. They made a mistake and I had to go back an hour later for them to fix it. Made the same mistake and I had to go back in later that day. They fixed it but I expressed how it wasn't okay I paid for an expensive new special manicure gel to then have to keep coming back in for them to experiment on it and asked for a refund. The manager told me no refund but they would happily pay for me and my mom to return for free pedicures. We returned and the manager remembered me but said she never said that and laughed at us. I'm sorry but that's a horrible dishonest way to run your business. You've lost ours and our friends.
