The lady who write the review below obviously has no idea about hair and bleaching.
I am NOT a customer here I was only reading the review to determine if I do want to make this my salon and after reading that her mother paid ONLY $120 to have her hair bleached sounds like she got a sweet deal.
To the complainer:
Ok perhaps six hour was too much as it took me 6 hours to go from black hair to strawberry blonde BUT going from auburn brown to blonde should NOT take any less than 4 hours, because your mothers hair needs to be bleached first which takes up to 4 hours in her case followed by washing it drying it and then applying color, in this case blonde. That in itself should require another 2-3 hours as dying it only would take about an hour in itself then another hour on washing it multiple times drying it styling it, etc.
So to pay only $120 to have your hair bleached, washed, dried, dyed, washed, dried, styled, is the BEST price I have ever heard of.
Any other salon charges about $200-500 for the services your mom has done
How can you NOT know that bleaching hair requires up to 4 hours for her to leave the bleach in to lighten her hair, then spend 30 minutes washing it and drying it, then another 60 minute to dye it blonde, then another 45-60 minutes to wash, dry, style it= 395-410 minutes of service, that's nearly 7 hours!
I am going to assume that your mother did not pay her a tip for working on your moms hair 6 hours l, in which case she deserved at least a $40 tip if you pay her minimum wage, which is low life and immoral behavior as she should not be asking for such fancy services if she can't tip the woman and will treat her like a slave. She shot is stick to a color easy to achieve.
It's one thing for your mom not to know but to see your ignorant comment here explains why there are so many greedy people who think it's all about me me me.
Thank you for posting this cause us women who have 15 years of experience with salons and have friends all over the country who are hair dressers and thus learn a lot about it, realized from your post that these ladies in this salon especially the manager you mentioned are very nice people who only charged someone $129 for what should have been $200-500
