American Mini Storage

Three years of renting space from American Mini Storage. Payed on time every month, never late on a payment the whole three years, I would consider myself a pretty good tenant. Moved out ONE day past my invoice cycle and the company would not even consider reimbursing or prorating. I know this is "your policy" and a "contract is a contract" but if I was not paying via auto pay I would have had six days before being charged a late fee and subsequently would not have had to pay. Tell me how that works... Being in small business myself I take pride in giving great customer service and the results show, maybe you should consider doing the same.
