Do not go to this AT&T if you actually want to be assisted. The manager was the only person there when my fiancé and I went in there. He was already assisting someone when we walked in. He asked us to sit and he would be right with us. He then proceeded to assist two other customers that came in after us while we sat there waiting. After about 15 mins he said he would be right with us and then started arguing with my fiancé that my fiancé could just go ahead and do it ourselves. Never go to an authorized retailer, you will never get the assistance that you are looking for. This is the second time we have gone to an authorized retailer and have gotten, either the run around or shafted.
