THE CAKE SHOP

This will be the last time I patronize this shop. The staff does not understand good customer service and act as if I can’t purchase a cake elsewhere. I have came to this shop twice now on two different occasions and each time I see they don’t have labels on all the items despite asking them to make this change. They also have poor attitudes primarily the owner and their cake is dry and not worth the price they are asking for it. It’s a shame because if this business was in the hands of someone who actually cared for the customers and had a passion for cakes, the line would probably be out the door. As long as Publix and or other shops around, I’ll never support this business again. I would strongly recommend that we don’t not cut ourselves short here and bake our own cakes! It will definely have more of a lasting memory than throwing it away on a business who clearly does not care. Thanks.
