Staff was very nice and accommodating. Rented a car for a week while my car was in the shop, needed to extend it for a day and that wasn't an issue with them. The day I had to return the vehicle I was stuck in traffic due to an accident. That was a Saturday and they didn't reopen until Monday, needless to say they waived the extra fees and did not charge me for a late return. Will rent here again!
