Northgreen at Carrollwood

We lived at Northgreen for a year and had a good experience. The office staff is friendly and the few maintenance issues we had were resolved the same or next day. The grounds are kept up well and it's nice that the complex has four pools. The location of the complex itself is good with lots of stores nearby on Dale Mabry. We also had a good location within the complex itself (building 38, apt. 3804) which was away from the school and close to two pools. We didn't see any cockroaches in our year here but that might be because we were on the second floor and kept our apartment pretty clean. We ended up moving to another area but would have renewed at Northgreen had we wanted to stay in Northdale/Carrollwood.
