2 Dec 24, 2017 Cherrie Taylor Paid over $6 to send a certified letter. The receipt came back with Section B Received by BLANK and the Section C Date of Delivery blank AND no postmark at all. Go figure. Tried to call the phone number provided and it does not work either.
