This place recently reopened under new management and sometimes in the late afternoon I'll stop in for a beer and some chicken wings.

I watched the general manager deliberately lie to somebody important to him about the front door slamming closed.
This person was probably the owner but I'm not sure.
A female staff member who claimed to be a manager when I call later on the telephone just came to work and put her backpack on the counter right in front of where I was eating.
I asked her to move it and she refused so I left without paying for my one beer.
The manager came out and asked me what was wrong so I told him.
I later called him on the phone but he would not take my call and I wanted to do was make good on the beer and mentioned the thing about the full moon.
I noticed with increasing frequency the general manager just setting up house at one of the tables (not available for customers if they walk in) and screening all phone calls.
