The new management team is so unbelievably rude with the residents. Missy is very short and cops an attitude with me every time I speak with her. I don't feel comfortable approaching any of the office staff about issues because they always belittle me and talk down to me as if I'm the one who caused the issue.
Here is a scenario that I'm currently dealing with. When the streets were repaved and the white lines were repainted, my brand new black car got covered with tiny specs of white paint--even though I was parked where they told me to, which was away from the painting area. I didn't notice until a couple months later (today) when I got a car wash because it looked so tiny like pollen specs.
The car wash manager pulled me aside and told me it was "off spray" from paint and that it wouldn't come off when they were buffing it. He said he used to be a painter so he knows what off spray looks like, that it travels very far in the air and how hard it is to get off. The procedure to remove it is like 400$ cause they take a clay bar and hand rub it out of the paint.
I approached Missy about it and after interrupting me and making faces at me she told me that she would call the painters and speak with them but that she knows 100% they won't help me. She said there's no way it could be the painter's fault since no one else approached her about it yet. She was looking at me like I was being ridiculous. I figured that maybe no one noticed yet since it looks like pollen to the naked eye, so I walked to a nearby car in the neighborhood and cleaned an area of a car to check. Sure enough there was white paint off spray!!! So I'm not crazy.
I went back to the office as they were closing to show her the car when she made a phone call and walked out on her phone and told me she couldn't speak about it (clearly avoiding speaking with me) and told me to "send her an email"..... I have never dealt with such rude staff in my entire life! I miss the previous management of Greystar so much. This complex has dropped in quality since they left and I'm so mad I live here now. I've never felt so belittled and disrespected by housing staff until now.
