Service technician was perfect - completed the task quickly, professionally and with great courtesy... billing, on the other hand... wouldn't hire them again due to overbilling of time. Billing office quoted one charge and billed another. Part of the issue is the drive added to the charge - but 3.5 miles distance does not equate to over 30 minutes commute... hey, fully understand the billing from dispatch to completion... but 30 minutes tacked on for a 3.5 mile drive... nope, not credible. Under NO circumstances would I use Wyman again and would not recommend anyone entrust their plumbing needs to Wyman.
