If I could give two reviews I would give the front desk staff a 5 out of 5 stars for how attentive they all are. The reason for the 2 star rating is that the last three cars I have rented were either dirty inside and out. The front window was so dirty that when I was driving towards the sun all you can see are swirls. That is so annoying. The gas tanks had not been filled with gas prior to my rental. Do you have any idea how hard it it to return a car 7/8ths full of gas? When I rent a car I want to feel as though I am driving a vehicle that is clean and comfortable. Is that too much to ask?
