The equipment is fine. The gym is clean. The trainers are good and helpful.. The customer service from the physical training and operations sides leaves much to be desired at this location. Physical Training sales members intentionally deceive people about the billing process surprising you at the end of your first 6 months with the need to buy more trainings or lose the ones you have remaining. They make it near impossible to read the multi page contracts you are digitally signing (ask for print outs). Getting responsive assistance with answers to questions or problems being corrected on their end with the phone app literally took weeks of face to face meetings and calls. I’d recommend the gym nation wide but I’d be aware of the shady physical training signup practices particularly at this location.
